Japan’s special Terastal Festival ex set has officially been revealed — starring the Eeveelutions! The set was first teased with the reveal of Tera Eevee ex.
Terastal Festival ex will release on December 6th in Japan. Terastal Festival will feature special reverse holo cards with a “cracked ice” layer and Poke Balls in the background.
