How this works : 

There is 5 groups for preliminary round
Each group will have 10 spots each and winner of each group will go into the semi final round.

Preliminary round:
Each spot gets the following packs opened -
3 x Stellar Crown packs
total of 3 packs you keep the cards you pull

Semi Final round:
There will be 5 people that will enter this round after winning preliminary rounds.
Each spot gets the following packs opened - 
5 x Stellar Crown packs
total of 5 packs you keep all cards you pull

Grand Final:
The top 2 from semi finals will go into the grand final
Each spot gets the following packs opened - 
5 x Stellar Crown packs each
total of 5 packs you keep the cards you pull

Prizes:
Winner of the tournament gets
- Testtube Mewtwo + Mewtwo Breakthrough FA

Runner up of the tournament gets:
- Trio ex full art starters Charizard, Blastoise and Venusaur 

Points System:
2 points per ex
3 points per ace spec/art rare
4 points per full art
5 points per secret rare
6 points per alternate art
