Topsun Cards: Topsun cards were included in gum packets in Japan, release from March 1997. Although the cards are copyrighted 1995. In each gum packed you would receive two cards. Topsun cards predate TCG cards and are known to be the first ever cards that the original 151 pokemon appeared on.  Topsun cards came in Blue and Green variants, identifable by the green or blue colours on the back sides of the cards.
